THE HEART BEAT OF YOUR NON PROFIT
A central focus of our agency is to ensure that our clients are able to validate their goals and objectives to all stakeholders. Subsequently, we believe that any program must have a cogent and effective evaluation process in place. There are no "cookie cutter" evaluation models. Each evaluation process must conform to the specific program/agency and provide an effective "compass" to guide you toward success.
We can prepare an evaluation model to meet the needs of most "request for proposals."
Our major goal is to design and conduct research and evaluation projects
that will assist program managers and policy-makers in making
data-driven decisions, ultimately helping organization to improve
programs and provide the best possible service to their target
populations. We believe that the most effective evaluation work is
done within a collaborative relationship. We value our clients' active
involvement in all aspects of the evaluation process. Nirvana
Institute specializes in developing both evidence based and outcome
based evaluation models. We support and employ the evaluation approach offered in the Framework for Program Evaluation in Public Health, established by the Center for Disease Control.
Our
evaluators have many years of experience in program evaluations and are
participating members with the American Evaluation Association.
